New Jersey cleaning that fits the building's schedule
In New Jersey, the practical details of a building can matter as much as its square footage. Tell Matt about the apartment, home, office, or commercial space and the access rules that apply. Newark, Jersey City, Trenton, and other locations are reviewed individually. The goal is a scope that can be completed within a confirmed window.
01
Reserve the route, not just the date
For a managed building, check loading access, elevator use, parking, and permitted work hours. Share the building contact and any paperwork requirements early. A preferred date is only useful if the work area and route can be made available.
02
Define shared and private areas
Identify the unit or suite and distinguish it from hallways, stairs, common bathrooms, or other shared spaces. Confirm who can authorize each area. A tenant's request and a property manager's common-area request may need separate scopes.
03
Schedule around other trades
If painting, repairs, or moving are still underway, explain what remains and when it is expected to finish. Describe any residue that will be left behind. The cleaning window should reflect the condition expected after those activities.
Local conditions to describe
New Jersey's coastal setting and continental air masses produce varied seasonal weather. Building access and current surface conditions remain more useful for planning than a single statewide routine.

Yes. Provide each address or unit number, its condition, and its access window. Matt checks the work and availability for each location before confirming a coordinated plan; one estimate does not automatically cover every unit.
